En Texas miles de conductores manejan con una licencia restringida y no lo saben

¿Sabía usted que un gran número de personas manejan con una licenciarestringida en Texas?

La razón es porque  no conocen el proceso completo para  obtenerla.

Muchos de ellos toman el examen teórico ((examen por escrito))   y al aprobarlo reciben una hoja de papel  como su permiso temporal.  Otros optan por tomar los exámenes en internet o en una escuela de manejo, estas personas reciben un certificado al terminar la clase algunos lo confunden con su permiso de manejo ignorando para tener un permiso legal tisolo lo puede obtener a traves del DPS para que se le tome una foto y le tomen las huellas y ahí le hacen entrega de su permiso temporal. A las semanas reciben su permiso de aprendizaje por correo y al observarlo notan que la licencia no dice nada sobre  un permiso.  Lo comparan con otras licencias y piensan que alguien cometió un error en el departamento de seguridad pública (DPS) y que le enviaron su licencia por equivocación.

En realidad ese es su permiso de aprendizaje y no su licencia.

Note bajo el ejemplo del lado, que en la línea número 12  dice Restricciones.  Si usted usa lentes tendrá una restricción A en su licencia pero,  si su licencia tiene una Restricción B entonces usted está manejando con un permiso de aprendizaje y no una licencia de conducir.

Para clarificar cualquier restricción en su licencia. Vea el manual al conductor de Texas en la Pagina 10 de su manual  https://www.txdps.state.tx.us/internetforms/Forms/DL-7S.pdf explica las restricciones que existen en su licencia. Si usted tiene la restricción B en su licencia y usted maneja sin un conductor mayor de 21 años que haya tenido su licencia por lo menos un año y que no esté bajo ningún programa de restricciones en licencia a su lado.   Entonces usted es uno de los miles que conducen con una licencia la cual no es válida en Texas.

Para poder obtener su licencia usted TIENE que tomar su examen práctico con el departamento.
